Effective July 1, 2026 (July 2, 2026, Taipei Time), Gina Proctor’s position has been adjusted, and she will no longer serve as the Treasurer of TSMC Arizona Corporation. A new Treasurer will be announced following the appointment by the Board of Directors of TSMC Arizona Corporation.
