In addition to the Silver Star, the Colorado destination received a Bronze Star in the Best Medium-Sized List – The Americas category.
Star Wine List, often regarded as the Michelin Guide of wine, recognizes newly opened restaurants in its Best Newcomer List - The Americas category that demonstrate exceptional vision, quality, and execution from day one. Finalist recognition places Roth's Sea & Steak among a select group of new destinations across North and South America recognized for thoughtful wine curation and a standout guest experience. Roth's was named alongside Silver Star recipient Gnomo Vinhos, São Paulo, Brazil, and Gold Star recipient, Café Vivant, Menlo Park, California.
