Item 8.01 Other Events.
The special meeting of the stockholders of T3 Defense Inc. which was scheduled to be held June 18, 2026 was postponed until June 24, 2026 at 12 p.m. noon eastern standard time. The record date of the meeting and the proposals to be considered, all as described in detail in the proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 1, 2026 and June 16, 2026, remain as described therein.
