On May 1, 2025, Summit Therapeutics Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results and operational progress for the first quarter ended March 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02 as if fully set forth herein.
