(the “Company”) issued a letter to shareholders (the “Shareholder Letter”), which was posted on its website at https://investors.sidusspace.com/SIDU-July-2026-Shareholder-Letter. A copy of the Shareholder Letter is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Current Report”) and is incorporated by reference herein.
The Company also issued a press release (the “Press Release”) on the same date that the Shareholder Letter was issued. A copy of the Press Release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
