Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

On June 15, 2026, Foresight Autonomous Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”) previously announced that it will convene an Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) on Thursday, July 23, 2026. Attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein is the voting instruction form which will be sent to holders of American Depositary Shares by The Bank of New York Mellon for the Meeting. Only shareholders of record who held Ordinary Shares of the Company, or American Depositary Shares representing Ordinary Shares of the Company, at the close of business on July 6, 2026, will be entitled to vote at the Meeting and any postponement or adjournment thereof.
