EXPLANATORY NOTE

On June 17, 2026, Biodexa Pharmaceuticals PLC (the “Company”) announced that its Annual General Meeting on June 17, 2026 was adjourned due to lack of quorum.

The Annual General Meeting has been re-scheduled to take place on June 30, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. (London time) at the Company’s registered office at 1 Caspian Point, Caspian Way, Cardiff, Wales, CF10 4DQ. A copy of the press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
