On July 14, 2026, Runway Growth Finance Corp. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its portfolio activity for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

Additionally, on July 14, 2026, the Company made available to its shareholders an investor presentation providing a business and capital allocation update. A copy of the presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
