Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
In connection with the pending separation of ADI Global Distribution Inc., an entity organized to hold the ADI Global Distribution business of Resideo Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), the Company is hosting its previously announced investor day event on July 13, 2026 (the “investor day event”). In connection with the investor day event, the Company issued a press release on July 13, 2026, a copy of which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 A copy of the investor presentation to be used in connection with the investor day event is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2 and will be available on the investor relations section of the Company’s website.
