The new capabilities connect the full capital project lifecycle, giving owners greater visibility across portfolios to identify risk earlier, strengthen governance, and make more informed capital decisions. Embedded Procore AI extends agentic AI capabilities to owners, helping teams identify emerging risks across projects, automate workflows triggered by project events, and quickly surface answers about portfolio health using data connected across their capital programs.
As construction programs grow more complex and capital becomes more expensive, owners have less room for error. Many projects are still being executed against budgets approved 12 to 24 months earlier despite rising costs and shifting market conditions, while disconnected systems limit visibility across projects and financial performance. Nearly 92% of large capital projects fail to finish on time and on budget, with projects running an average of 20 months late and exceeding original estimates by 80%.
