On June 25, 2026, Nano Nuclear Energy Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing continued progress in the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s formal review of the Construction Permit Application for the deployment of the Company’s KRONOS MMR™ Energy System at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
