    Board of Directors declares $0.40 regular quarterly cash dividend on common stock, resulting in a current annual yield of approximately 2.8% percent

    GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., July 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Mercantile Bank Corporation (NASDAQ:MBWM) ("Mercantile") announced today that on July 16, 2026, its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.40 per common share, payable on September 16, 2026, to holders of record as of September 4, 2026. The $0.40 cash dividend represents increases of 2.6 percent and 5.3 percent from the cash dividends paid during the second quarter of 2026 and third quarter of 2025, respectively.
