On October 7, 2025, McEwen Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results from an independent feasibility study for McEwen Copper Inc.’s (“McEwen Copper”) Los Azules copper project in San Juan, Argentina. The Company owns a 46.4% interest in McEwen Copper. A copy of the press release is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1. Investors and other interested parties are encouraged to read in its entirety the press release because it contains important information not otherwise described herein.
