The RSUs are subject to a service-based vesting requirement and shall vest in three equal annual installments, with the first installment vesting on the earlier of (i) the date of the 2027 annual meeting of stockholders or (ii) the anniversary of June 10, 2026, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service with the Issuer through such date. |
