    MIAMI, June 15, 2026 /CNW/ - Collective Mining Ltd. (NYSE:CNL) (TSX:CNL) ("Collective" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that, at the annual and special meeting of shareholders of the Company ("Meeting") held on June 15, 2026, the five candidates listed in the management information circular dated May 8, 2026, were duly elected as directors of the Company.
