Common – a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.63 per share, payable on August 7, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 27, 2026.
Preferred – the following dividends for the noncumulative perpetual preferred stock, liquidation preference $100,000 per share, for the dividend period ending in September 2026, in each case payable on September 21, 2026 to holders of record on September 5, 2026:
- $1,143.21 per share on the Series A Preferred Stock (equivalent to $11.432128 per Normal Preferred Capital Security of Mellon Capital IV, each representing a 1/100th interest in a share of the Series A Preferred Stock);
- $2,312.50 per share on the Series F Preferred Stock (equivalent to $23.125000 per depositary share, each representing a 1/100th interest in a share of the Series F Preferred Stock);
- $937.50 per share on the Series I Preferred Stock (equivalent to $9.375000 per depositary share, each representing a 1/100th interest in a share of the Series I Preferred Stock);
- $3,150.00 per share on the Series J Preferred Stock (equivalent to $31.500000 per depositary share, each representing a 1/100th interest in a share of the Series J Preferred Stock);
- $1,537.50 per share on the Series K Preferred Stock (equivalent to $0.384375 per depositary share, each representing a 1/4,000th interest in a share of the Series K Preferred Stock); and
- $1,406.25 per share on the Series M Preferred Stock (equivalent to $14.062500 per depositary share, each representing a 1/100th interest in a share of the Series M Preferred Stock).
