Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 18, 2026, BiomX Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had posted an updated informational presentation to the Company’s website biomx.com. The presentation provides an overview of the Company’s business, portfolio, leadership and advisory team, and strategy following the Company’s strategic transition to a defense and security technology holding company. Representatives of the Company may use this presentation, in whole or in part, and possibly with non-material modifications, periodically in connection with conferences, meetings, and presentations to investors, analysts and others.
