On March 13, 2026, Better Home & Finance Holding Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
