AlTi Tiedemann Global Expands Presence in Key Growth Hub Miami with Senior Advisor Appointment
AlTi appoints Cesar Pachon to lead its Miami office, as part of its strategy to deepen capabilities in key US growth markets

The appointment deepens AlTi’s expertise and presence in one of the fastest growing wealth hubs in the US. Miami has emerged as a leading destination for ultra-high-net-worth ("UHNW") individuals, entrepreneurs and family offices, driven by its favorable tax environment, thriving financial services ecosystem, and continued migration from New York, California and Latin America.
Cesar is a senior wealth advisor with more than two decades of experience serving UHNW individuals, families and entrepreneurs. Deeply rooted in South Florida, he was a founding partner of a multi-family office and has extensive experience helping internationally connected families navigate the complexities of wealth. He began his career in investment banking before transitioning to wealth management.
In his new role, Cesar will work closely with Jim Bertles, AlTi’s Co-Head of US Wealth Planning, based in Palm Beach, to support AlTi’s continued growth in South Florida. Bringing particular expertise in advising international families with assets in the US, Cesar will also help drive AlTi’s broader growth ambitions in Miami, building on the firm’s longstanding offshore expertise led by Ricardo de la Serna and Jose Remy, in a market where domestic and international wealth increasingly converge.
