Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective March 12, 2026, and due to a personal family issue that requires substantial focus, Jeff Bedell will temporarily relinquish his duties as President, Venture Businesses and Corporate Strategy, of Alarm.com Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Bedell will continue as a full-time employee of the Company and serve as a senior advisor to the Chief Executive Officer.
