On March 26, 2026, Wrap Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued an earnings release to announce the Company’s financial results for its fiscal quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the earnings release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
