    On April 30, 2026, Vistance Networks, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has entered into an agreement with Belden Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Belden”), pursuant to which Belden has agreed to purchase, and the Company has agreed to sell, the Company’s RUCKUS business.
