Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

Verra Mobility Corporation (the “Company”) held its 2025 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on May 20, 2025. At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s stockholders voted on three proposals. The proposals are described in the Company’s definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A (the “Proxy Statement”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 8, 2025. As of March 25, 2025, the record date for the Annual Meeting, there were 159,421,778 shares of the Company’s Class A Common Stock outstanding and entitled to vote on the proposals voted on at the Annual Meeting. The voting results for each of the proposals are set forth below.

No other proposals were submitted to a vote of the Company’s stockholders at the Annual Meeting.
