On Wednesday, June 4, 2025, Valmont Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) will participate in the William Blair & Company 45th Annual Growth Stock Conference in Chicago, IL. A copy of the presentation to be used by the Company during the webcast is furnished with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
