Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 25, 2025, United States Antimony Corporation (the “Company”) filed a prospectus supplement with the Securities and Exchange Commission to the Company’s Registration Statement on Form S-3 (No. 333-284057), registering shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.01, issuable pursuant to the Sales Agreement dated November 12, 2024 between the Company and A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners.
An opinion and consent of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. with respect to the validity of the shares of common stock that may be sold under the Sales Agreement is filed herewith as Exhibit 5.1.
