Item 8.01. Other Events.
On January 6, 2025, Turtle Beach Corporation announced that its ticker symbol on the Nasdaq Global Market will change from “HEAR” to “TBCH.” The new symbol
will become effective as of the opening of trading on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. A copy of the press release announcing this change is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
