Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 12, 2025, Tempur Sealy International, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing leadership changes at its recently acquired subsidiary Mattress Firm. Mr. John Eck has resigned as CEO of Mattress Firm and entered into a consulting agreement to ensure a smooth transition. Mr. Scott Thompson, Chairman and CEO of the Company will act as interim CEO of Mattress Firm during the transition period.
The press release is being furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
