On January 28, 2025, Sysco Corporation (“Sysco”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations and financial condition for its second quarter of fiscal year 2025, which ended on December 28, 2024. Sysco hereby incorporates by reference herein the information set forth in its press release dated January 28, 2025 (the “Press Release”), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
