(“Telstra Ventures Fund 2”). Telstra Ventures Fund 2 is controlled by its general partner T Ventures Fund II, GP, Ltd. (“T Ventures”). T Ventures is controlled by its board of directors. T Ventures Management Co Ltd is the Manager of T Ventures.
