(NYSE:GF) (each, a "Fund," and, collectively, the "Funds") announced today that the Annual Meeting of Stockholders for each Fund will be held at 1:30 p.m., Eastern time on June 30, 2026 at the offices of DWS Investment Management Americas, Inc., 875 Third Avenue, New York, New York 10022.
