Annual Meeting of Stockholders Notice Lifetime Brands, Inc.’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time, virtually via the internet at meetnow.global/MSMSCDF.
