Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of ATYR PHARMA, INC. will be held on May 11, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time at the offices of aTyr Pharma, Inc., 10240 Sorrento Valley Road, San Diego, CA 92121 for the following purposes: The Board recommends a vote “FOR” each of the Board of Directors’ nominees listed in Proposal 1 and “FOR” Proposals 2, 3, 4, and 5. 1. To elect three Class II directors, as nominated by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board of Directors”), to hold office until the 2029 annual meeting of stockholders or until their successors are duly elected and qualified; 01.
