On May 1, 2025, Repare Therapeutics Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing an agreement to out-license its discovery platforms, including certain platform and program intellectual property, to DCx Biotherapeutics Corporation, a British Columbia-based biotechnology company. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and incorporated herein by reference.
