Issuance of Press Release

On April 28, 2026, Turbo Energy, S.A. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the deployment of its AI-driven energy storage and optimization platform in international military operations, supporting mobile energy infrastructure for the Spanish Army in overseas missions. Turbo Energy’s solution is part of a hybrid energy system integrating photovoltaic generation, battery storage and auxiliary generation, designed to provide reliable and autonomous power supply in off-grid and infrastructure-constrained environments. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
