Each ADS represents 43,200 ordinary shares of the Issuer pursuant to the ADS ratio effective February 25, 2026. The Reporting Person acquired 5,138 ADSs on March 23, 2026, 737 ADSs on March 25, 2026, 1,892 ADSs on March 27, 2026, and 608 ADSs on March 30, 2026, all at $3.00 per ADS, resulting in the underlying ordinary shares reported. |
