Represents the cancellation of phantom stock units granted on May 15, 2025, that were to settle in cash at a value equal to the number of units vested multiplied by the closing price per share of common stock on the applicable vesting date, and which were to vest in two equal installments on May 15, 2026 and 2027, in exchange for the grant on June 19, 2025, of 78,609 restricted stock units that represent the right to shares of common stock, on a 1-for-1 basis, on the applicable vesting date, and which vest in three equal installments on each of June 19, 2026, 2027 and 2028, contingent upon the reporting person's continued employment through these dates.
