On May 7, 2025, SandRidge Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial and operational results for the period ended March 31, 2025. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference.

On May 5, 2025, the Board declared a cash dividend of $0.11 per share of the Company’s common stock, payable on June 2, 2025 to shareholders of record on May 19, 2025.
