Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 27, 2025, Rocket Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it had
received notice from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (the “FDA”) that the FDA had placed the Company’s Phase 2 clinical trial of RP-A501 for Danon disease on clinical hold. A copy
of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
