On December 7, 2025, Rigel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Rigel”) announced certain data from its ongoing Phase 1b study evaluating R289 in lower-risk myelodysplastic syndrome. A copy of Rigel’s press release, titled “Rigel Presents Updated Data from the Ongoing Phase 1b Study Evaluating R289 in Patients with Lower-Risk MDS at the 67th ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition,” is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
