Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 3, 2025, Rekor Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has been selected by the Texas Department of Transportation for a multi-year statewide contract to implement Rekor Command, the Company’s advanced incident management and situational awareness platform. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
