Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 2, 2026, RadNet, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“RadNet”) issued a press release announcing the acquisition of Gleamer SAS, a société par actions simplifiée formed under the laws of the Republic of France (“Gleamer”), through its wholly-owned subsidiary DH AI International Holdings, B.V., a private limited company registered in the Netherlands. The aggregate purchase price for the acquisition is approximately €230 million, consisting of approximately €215.0 million in cash at the closing of the acquisition, and a contingent payment of approximately €15.0 million in cash, subject to completion or satisfaction of certain milestones by Gleamer.
