Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of Common Stock on the vesting dates of the RSU. The RSUs vest by 1/3 on each of January 17, 2026, January 17, 2027 and January 17, 2028, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer on each vesting date. |
