(“PMI”) is hosting a live audio webcast of a presentation and question-and-answer session by PMI’s Chief Executive Officer, Jacek Olczak, at the Barclays Global Consumer Staples Conference. In connection with the webcast, PMI is furnishing to the Securities and Exchange Commission the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference to this Item 7.01.
