Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 1, 2025, PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. issued a press release announcing its intention to offer $650 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2032 in a private offering that is exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
