On November 13, 2025, ORIC Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
