On May 12, 2026, we announced we will participate in the American Gas Association Financial Forum, May 17-19, 2026 in Scottsdale, Arizona. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. Robert S. McAnnally, chief executive officer, Curtis Dinan, president and chief operating officer, and Christopher Sighinolfi, senior vice president and chief financial officer, will be conducting a series of meetings with members of the investment community.
