On June 24, 2025, Ondas Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued an investor fact sheet regarding the Strategic Partnership (as defined below). A copy of the fact sheet is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Also on June 24, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary, American Robotics Inc., has entered into a strategic partnership with Mistral Inc., a Maryland-based business development and defense contracting firm (the “Strategic Partnership”).
