Item 8.01. Other Events
On June 20, 2025, Ondas Holdings Inc. (“Ondas”) issued a press release announcing it will host a virtual Investor Day focused on its Ondas Autonomous Systems (“OAS”) business unit on Wednesday, July 9, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
Ondas continues to expect to generate strong growth and maintains a revenue target for Ondas of at least $25 million for 2025, which includes at least $20 million of revenue for OAS.
