    National HealthCare Corporation (NYSE:NHC), the nation's oldest publicly traded long-term health care company, announced today that it will pay a quarterly dividend of 64 cents per common share to shareholders of record on June 30, 2025 and payable on August 1, 2025. This represents a 4.9% increase over last quarter's regular common dividend.
