Item 8.01. Other Events.
On April 30, 2025, the Board of Directors of National Bank Holdings Corporation (the “Company”) approved a cash dividend to shareholders. The quarterly cash dividend of thirty cents ($0.30) per share of common stock will be payable on June 13, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 30, 2025.
The press release issued by the Company in connection with the dividend is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
